"I met Christian in November 2023 when we initially tried to do a for sale by owner. Once we learned when our new construction house would be ready we pulled our townhouse off of the market until Mid March 2024. We tried FSBO a second time to no avail. 18 showings no offers. I decided to give Christian a try. His Facebook post were always about closing deals and I knew that was the person I wanted/needed to get our house sold. Christian did 2 open houses and bam!!! House was sold first weekend in was on the market. Christian made the process very seamless and we couldn't be happier. The buyer purchased a very nice townhouse in Lititz and we got to move into our new house just around the corner. Excellent job all around. Thank you Christian." - rick p.
