I'll be honest: this is a weird real estate market and I suspect many agents could've managed to sell our house as quickly. But would they have been able to provide expert guidance all the way? Don't know. Would they have provided clear communication from beginning to end? Don't know that, either. Look: we went with one of the largest teams with a reputation and the result was even better than we expected.
