"My fiance and I recently rented a unit at Trailside Apartments. At the time of signing a one year lease, we advised Wade Hartz that we would likely be purchasing a home within that one year. Hartz assured us that terminating the lease early would not be an issue and he would work with us. We recently let Hartz know that we would like to move out three months from now so he has time to find a new tennant. Hartz did not follow through on our agreement. Hartz demanded 1.5 months rent in addition to our final 3 months. Also, we must pay the full year's payments if he is unable to find a new tenant. We have a baby due in five months and the apartment is simply not large enough. Hartz advised that he is not interested in our personal matters. I found Hartz to be very dishonorable and the apartment to be severely overpriced. I strongly suggest avoiding this Apex Realty." - Vincent T.
