"Poor experience. Begged for them to maintain trees for years. It's to the point of limbs smashing through windshields of renters cars. Trees have fell and hit houses. Centimeters from knocking them of their blocks. Septic is constantly backed up into renters yards. Has been for YEARS. It's did irreversible damage to a double wide. We've tried to address issues with owners multiple times. They do nothing but collect their monthly check. Was told they would need to raise money to maintain the trees. They do nothing. A renter has been in contact with the EPA, code enforcement and MD Attorney's General. We're all tired of our safety constantly being threatened because of a slumlord." - Timothy D.
