"Staying at Fassitt Mansion was a truly phenomenal experience. A small group of us stayed here for a bachelor celebration weekend and it was the perfect place to be. The house itself is stunning, comfortable, and excellently stocked. We also really appreciated the historical aspects of the property, from the incredible story of the Freedom Room, which includes a hidden room that records indicate may have been a stop on the Underground Railroad, to the informational folder that contains a well-documented history of the property and its owners. The goats and chickens on the property were a delightful bonus and were so fun to visit! And then there were the catered meals! I can't recommend opting for catered meals enough! Our group included guests with varying dietary needs, including vegan diets and low-sodium diets, and this was no problem at all! Juana's husband whipped up meals that were absolutely delicious and met all dietary needs. Juana coordinated everything for our visit and was wonderful to work with. Her kindness and warmth definitely added to the superb quality of our stay. To anyone looking for a unique and high-quality experience, Fassitt Mansion fits the bill and then some.
