"Customer service was excellent! From the moment I arrived to the day that I left, everybody was so nice and helpful. The young woman, Abby helping me to check in, Jennifer, answering my questions through the phone and in person, and Carl’s amazing breakfast meals. It was my birthday weekend and the birthday card with the little chocolates was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the Therapeutic massage at the spa with Mariah. I would definitely come back again! "
