"Living in an old house that was "flipped" we have had our share of issues, and have gone through our share of contractors. Having a leak over our bay window into our dining room we were searching for someone who could actually give us an idea of what is going on and help us fix.
Calling multiple different roofing contractors and being told that they do not work in our area or just flat out that they would not work on house, we decided to give Zimmerman a call and sure enough spoke to Howie.
He was out at our house and spent nearly 2 hours looking at what we called him, but also looking at our other roofs and our gutters after telling him our problem.
He took multiple pictures and showed us not only what could be our issue, but also gave us suggestions that he thought could also be exacerbating our issue. He wrote up an estimate and we went with him for everything and everything was great.
Full new roof on our bay window, larger and more efficient gutters to keep the water off our walls and the repairing of all of the issues that were done on our adjoining roof with our neighbors, we could not be happier.
If for anything just due to the pictures that he has taken and other issues that he has shown us that we need to get repaired in order to make sure that our house is still going to be here for another 100 years." - Matthew O.
