"Why would you go anywhere else. I purchased a pair of UGGs for my wife's birthday. We discovered they had a factory defect after taking them home. I called the store and got Bryn, she was super friendly and knew exactly what to do. Bryn tried to get them in from two different stores, they never arrived, lost in shipping. Bryn kept us up to date with what was going on and since she couldn't get an exact match in she offered a different style they had in stock at no extra charge. Bryn went above and beyond, she was always super friendly and polite. We will definitely shop at the Lancaster UGG store because of Bryn!!" - Troy L.
