"If you are looking for customer service, this is not the place for you. I dropped off tax info over 3 weeks ago and was told I would be called that they received them and a quote to do the work. Keep in mind I have a very simple tax form. One week later no call. So I called to confirm they received them. Two weeks later no call and no quote. Third week I call for an update. Yes they have them, still can't give me a quote and can't promise that they will be done for 4/15. So buyer beware. Do not use this company. I always support local businesses but will never use this firm." - Barbara S.
