"If he does the same work he does on his own properties good luck. We rented 4 years from him had to replace a falling down fence at our cost among other repairs because he didnt seem like he knew what he was doing Came one year to replace the thermostat and left us a week without heat until he had someone else fix it that actually knew what they were doing Dealt with leaky faucets the whole time we lived there he fixed it 2 weeks before we moved hes an irresponsible lanlord who cares about nothing but money and it shows in the work he does" - Jennifer G.
