I'm happy I went with Basement Gurus, Josh presented a solution that aligned more with what I wanted vs the other companies which offered cheap shortcuts. The entire process with them was a great experience. From Josh's non gimmicky and straight forward salesmanship, Dylan & the work crew's politeness/workmanship, to Butch the plumber's friendliness/work ethic relocating all the plumbing so the crew could work unobstructed.
