"Our home computer is sectioned into five users. It is a 2010 Dell server which seemed to be running slower and slower as time went by. My husband somehow did “something” that shut down his ability to log onto the computer as him. Steve came and saved my hubby’s files, added him again as another user, gave him access to all his files, and Steve also worked on speeding up the Dell server. He even worked with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. Steve has had life throw some awful health issues his way, and he needs this community’s support to help him recover.
