"Penryn Building did the framing for our in-law suite addition to the main house. They are amazing to work with. They had my entire addition over 1000 square feet framed up within 2 days. I was amazed by how well and fast they worked, even during rain pouring down on them. I didn't expect them to show up that day, since it was raining pretty hard. I was shocked when they showed up and worked the entire day. I absolutely love my new addition. The only regret I have is that I did not have them do the entire project, like the drywall, insultation, plumbing, electric, etc. They took 2 days to build an entire 2nd floor over 1000 square feet of living space....while the rest of the project, completed by other companies, took what seemed like forever (5 months) I know if Penryn would have done the entire project, it would have been done in weeks, not months. I tried to save a few dollars, thinking it would be cheaper that way, in the long run, I don't think it was. They are unbelievable amazing, honest, hardworking, just incredible people.
