"Stopped in on 5/27/24 (early) Hardly anyone there. We (husband & I) asked for regular coffee and our server said they ran out, as he had given the last pot to the table behind us. So I had to order decaf, which I hate. I then asked for 1/2 & 1/2 and he told me they were out of that, as well. Our only option was Hazelnut creamer or milk)????We got our food and it was cold. No Butter. So asked for that, which they had. Cold butter on cold pancakes, not so good! Our server was polite. Management (which I never saw - one of the servers actually seated us) was lacking! Based on this visit, my next trip to Lancaster will not include eating here!!"
