"The business world typically regards “time” as one of it’s greatest assets. This is obviously related to the fact; time is money. Our society is forging in a direction where customer service is rapidly diminishing. It is difficult to put care for a customer first in most companies when the “time” invested may not yield profitable results.
I contacted this agency today and I’m not one of their customers. I had a unique situation to find insurance for. I spoke with Luke. His professional experience quickly discerned that his agency wouldn’t be able to fit my current need. I’m fine with that because in business, you can’t be everything to everyone. Here’s the thing though; he didn’t brush me off as a waste of time. His caliber of customer service was rooted in his care for a “customer” (Even though I held no capacity to become a paying customer of his in the moment). He spent his “time” with me regardless. At the end of our conversation, he gave me a couple recommendations on how to solve my problem.
After evaluating this situation, the evidence is clear. A company that conducts business this way in the little things of no immediate benefit, truly holds the characteristics to handle the major things of business at an uncommon level. Here we have an obvious example of an agency with care for the customer. How the more then must they conduct themselves with solid integrity, trustworthiness, and tact." - Sparky
