More positive things to note about Jennifer Labanz and her service - in particular focusing on customer needs. My son (a veteran) was about to begin a job without health insurance. Jennifer looked into his situation and determined his income would not exceed the level to qualify for VA coverage, and did not need a separate policy. That is a great example of focusing on what the customer needs, and saving money for my son. When my family does need insurance - it is Jennifer Labanz whom we will be calling.
