"When I found Erica Joy Bakes, I read on her website where she says she feels she has perfected the art of gluten free baking....and I was very suspicious. I mean, perfected is a strong word!
I went to check it out, and I realized that she has indeed perfected gluten free baking! Everything here, from the cookies, to the cinnamon rolls, to the scones, and the biscotti are absolute perfection.
It is so amazing to finally have a place to go where everything is safe and delicious! I have been bringing and will continue to bring my family and friends who are gluten free, because this place is truly magical.
