"Shadia Guzman deserves 10 stars. I haven’t had this kind of service in years. Shows empathy and understanding in my situation with the loss I had, helps me taking her time even when I see many customers needing her, she takes care of all of us with excellent service no matter how busy she is. Mutlitasking but still very detailed and all about the customer. I was very impressed when I told her I was worried about a lapse and she stayed in the office longer to accept my cash just so I wouldn’t lapse since I didn’t have a card.
