"A very polite friendly lady approached me and asked, what she could help me with. I said, I have a broken watch band. She took a look at my band and recommended that a buckle may be all that I need. She placed a new buckle on my watch. I appreciate that she did not try to talk me into a more expensive watch band. Outstanding, excellent and friendly service." - Steve G.
