"Situated in the otherworldly fairy tale Stoudtburg village, this small studio is a delightful place where I was welcomed to learn, practice and explore. Owner/teacher Beth was extremely gracious and talked with me at length about subjects from Asana to Zen. I took one class using the yoga wall and then a traditional mat yoga class. Both were masterfully taught, satisfying and informative. I heartily recommend Zen Squirrel for anyone with an interest in yoga. There is something here for the newest yogis and established teachers as well." - Albert S.
