"I LOVE going to see Heather and Andrea at Up & Cutting Studio. The salon is clean, inviting and I feel like I'm visiting with old friends. I also booked Heather for my wedding back in April 2018, she did my (bride) and the bridesmaids up dos!!!! I would highly recommend Heather's small local business - Up and Cutting Studio!!!
