"Had a leak on a hot water line after hours. Called them up and got a person on the line right away. Explained the issue I was seeing and was told someone would be out within the hour. Mr Dylan showed up on time, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what was broken and gave me the option of a short term fix or a lasting repair. I chose the lasting repair and he got right to it. He made sure I was aware of everything he was doing and made suggestions of things to deal with in the future.
