"We had a leak from the upstairs tub down into the kitchen. I called Jay who came out the next day to check it out. He suggested we silicone around the faucet and on/off handle first to see if that solved the problem. We checked it a few days later and no leak !! Jay didn’t charge us for coming out and that’s very rare with plumbers today. We appreciate his time and efforts. We’ll definitely use him in the future !!!" - John P.
