"Gonna add a 5 star to help balance out the unfair 1 star that's here. Sorry they didnt call you back, but that's not on the level of "leaving a project unfinished" or "overestimating and stealing the leftovers," "employees broke stuff in my house that I cannot replace," etc. that a 1 star review for contractors is meant to show.
