"I walked into Nate's on Good Friday just after closing, hoping for someone to look at my car that was leaking oil. The techs had just left for the holiday weekend but Nate was closing up shop. He helped me call around and find an open shop, only a few miles away. He added a few quarts of oil to get me there and wouldn't take a dime.
