"I thought my battery was dead, Advanced Auto told me to go see Hector at Moat's Auto Repair since my battery was tucked too far back for them to get to it. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Hecktor did me a huge favor and was willing to take a look at it. He noticed one of the terminals was loose and tightened it for me in order to fix the problem without expecting anything in return despite me offering to pay him for his time. We will be back to Moat's for all of our car service needs from now on." - Daniel. T
