"Crazy as it sounds, we ordered a Murphy bed from Lancaster sight unseen other than their posts on Instagram! Their responsiveness was top notch from the start and when we had issues due to excessive insurance requirements in our building Hilary didn't give up in working with me to find a solution that worked for everyone. We had the bed and side cabinet installed today. The 2 person crew arrived early (despite 3+ hours to get here!) and were as nice and professional as could be. The bed and cabinet look amazing, just like Instagram. It is solid wood and well finished, not like those particle board Murphy beds you see around. It is easy to pull down and close back up. Now we can use this bedroom as a guest room, office and gym all in one. It is absolutely perfect for a NYC apartment where every inch of space is valuable." - Rosamaria C.
