"I bought this 2012 RAM brand new with the intent it be the last truck I ever purchase and that decision has proved to be true. I don't willingly trust anybody with it, but Lancaster Dodge RAM Fiat has earned my trust and I would be reluctant to take it anywhere else.
At the Service Dept Terri and Dennis are gems!!
I've come to realize my truck is always in good hands with either of them. They're knowledgeable, professional and very courteous.
Although a long time coming I recently conveyed this to the General Manager Dean.
