"My wife and I were needed a new vehicle and we came across the Honda Pilots. I called in the first time and spoke to Jeff Miller to discuss what trims were available, after finding out what they had we ended up paying a refundable deposit over the phone then went in and checked them out. Jeff was very helpful and understanding of our needs and schedule issues about when we could pick up the vehicle. He was extremely helpful and thorough during the whole process and took the time to cover everything with zero pressure.
