"After looking for a reasonable Electrian to install a Tesla Wall connector, I came across Jim through a few internet searches. I wish I just went with Jim first.
Originally I went off of Tesla's website, where 1 of 5 Electrians Tesla recommended replied to me, and one totally ghosted me after I provided the photos and info Requested. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard back from the other guy. That's when I reached out to Jim!
Jim immediately communicated professionally and promptly with me. He informed me he had another customer in the area. Then came out and gave me a fair and reasonable quote to install the Wall Connector and a 120v 30Amp RV/camper recepticle. He also Suggested to buy the Tesla Wall connector from Best buy, who stock them, offered 0% financing (best buy) and free delivery. He could have easily bought and marked it up but let me purchase. Very cool start to our business relationship! We scheduled the work a week later.
With great communication, He rescheduled at first with a days notice after one of the components wasn't in yet (on Monday for Tuesday work). He rescheduled another customer and got me in on Friday so I could WFH. The quality of his work was flawless as if he would do it at his own house. The wood board he mounted the Tesla Wall Connector on was painted white to match the wall. Even saved me $200 with a creative solution with no sacrifice. We will definitely be using Jim again!
