"Had a horrible experience. Questionable business practices and seemingly dishonest. The last day working for us, Jonas removed a check from our property and left without dong the job. It was only after confronting him and discussing the video surveillance on our property did he admit and agree to destroy the check. But from the very beginning they constantly increased the prices and complained about how it was never enough money for the price that THEY gave us. They had too much overhead paying the driver and didn’t work efficiently. Horrible attitude and belligerent behavior by the driver, Marvin. Marvin seems to have this attitude that he is looking out for his Amish friends and accusing people that hire Jonas of taking advantage, which is what he did with us. But he is actually making the business look horrible behaving that way. Completely and totally unprofessional. Sometimes they did a good job but others it was really bad and despite our discussions would not correct. They tore up areas of our grass, missed spots of weeding on a regular basis and cut grass when it was too wet leaving clumps and debris in our gardens. Charged us over a $100 per week sometimes over $500 per month. More than enough to do the job right. Do not recommend. But the belligerent behavior when trying to discuss our disappointment is what we found most disturbing and threatening.
