"My car transmission failed on a Friday night while traveling through Lancaster. Found them via a Google search and left it there. My son who lives in Lancaster dropped the keys off Monday morning. The diagnosis was done that morning and I received a phone call with the issue and my solutions. New transmission was ordered and installed within a week after they estimated two weeks. The owner call to let me know it was done and when I asked to pick it up Saturday because we live near Philly he made the time to meet us there on his day off! He also kept my car inside during the snow! Excellent customer service! I wish they were closer to me, I’d have all my repairs done there. I highly recommend!!" - Nicole and Anthony . a
