"We were able to make a trip to Roots from Centre County. Hadn’t been there in several years. I am pretty sure I purchased the brisket stuffed peppers here. Oh my! What a treat they were. Am trying to contact as I would like to get more or possibly the recipe. They had several different choices including pulled pork. Can’t wait till I can get again."

A true hidden gem of Lancaster County! There’s something for everyone here — ice cream, baked goods, drinks, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Our personal favorite is the homemade oatmeal whoopie pies. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area or are searching for your next favorite shop.
