"Excellent care taken of customers. We had a floor installed that we did not like for many reasons and they came, took a look at the floor, agreed with us that the flooring was not acceptable. They offered us a replacement floor. We went down, picked out another one, they scheduled an installment date, came yesterday and done in a day! Beautiful floor and very friendly installers. We have used Certified flooring 4 times from carpets to flooring with excellent value and service." - diane g.
