"I actually called around to price area rug cleaning prior to making the appointment w/Certified Carpet. Their pricing was by far the most competitive, and offered pick-up and delivery, which is definitely an advantage. My area rug is several years old and just simply needed refreshed, no stains present. So while the rug wasn't in bad shape, I was so pleasantly surprised by how NEW it looked upon delivery from cleaning and scotchguarding. And while the carpet looked great, it is not the only reason for providing this review. Two gentlemen by the names of Andy and Glenn provided the service. Kudos to Certified for employing kind, knowledgeable and capable team members. They arrived when they promised, were respectful of my home, and responded kindly to my picky placement of the rug. :o) I would absolutely recommend Certified Carpet for their impeccable service, both inside and outside their facility.
