"I purchased a pressure washer from these guys about a year ago. This spring while doing my spring cleanup the handle broke for no apparent reason. This morning I drove there wondering if they will stand good for it only being 1 year old and not have been used that hard. I was very pleased when the person that helped me offered to replace it with a new one, and threw in a quart of oil for free just to pay me back for my trouble.
