"Edit: wonderful customer service. They sent me a replacement and said to wash it in a garment bag to prevent any piling. I love the blanket, it is so soft, I got to change the colors and design on the swaddle. I have one complaint and it is the blanket washes terrible! I washed it once on delicate and then hung to dry and there are pills and it already looks so worn and only have used it a week. This is a big problem in my eyes since newborn blankets especially ones you like and are custom made you would like to keep and use for a long time....especially for the price you pay" - Bianca H.
