"Albright Opticians stock a nice selection of up-to-date frames. They are attentive and helpful without being overbearing. My flex spending account was unavailable while the company that administrates the plan worked out an IT problem with my card. Albright patiently held the frame I chose while awaiting the go-ahead to run the card. They were also aware of my insurance plan and help me best utilize the funds available. At pickup they noticed a very minute scuff to the frame which was not readily apparent to me, ordered a replacement frame, texted me when it arrived and promptly switched it out for the new one.
