"I was so surprised to see the reviews for Care Connect Solutions. It is truly disheartening to see and I would encourage anyone interested in this company to look beyond the reviews and truly get to know the company for yourself.
Let me start off by saying, I loved my Grandmother so much and spoke to so many other companies trying to find the best fit as she deserved the absolute best care available.
During the initial assessment the owner and care scheduler came to my Grandmother's home and met with both myself and my Grandmother. I carefully assessed my Grandmother's comfort level and she seemed excited to have them in her home. They were both so kind and courteous. They treated my Grandmother with so much care, respect, and honor which is why I decided to go with this company.
The assigned caregiver became like family. She was always on time and would extend hours as requested by the family. I could truly see that she really cared deeply for her like she would her own family.
My Grandmother's health took a turn in April 2023 and the caregiver was there every step of the way. She even went to the hospital to see her and would check in with me to get updates. My Grandmother has since passed away and Care Connect has been so supportive during our bereavement. If you truly want the best for your loved one, Care Connect Solutions is THE best option." - Nadia S.
