"Not sure how else to say it, Sensenig and Weaver saved the day for our family! Over the past week we had noticed air in our lines around the house. Thinking it wasn’t urgent, we called yesterday and Josh scheduled us an appointment for Monday April 29th. Today, we woke up with no water! I called at 6:59 am and told Josh our predicament. Josh said they’ll have someone out after they complete their scheduled job! At 12 we got a call from Aaron and he said he’d be there in an hour, he showed up early and got right to work! He found that the pump had corroded itself open at the threads. He explained what had happened and presented us with options which we appreciated! In less than 4 hours he had changed the well pump, 200 ft of 12g wire, a check valve, a pressure switch and a gauge. This system hadn’t been serviced for well over 20 years and this was much needed! He asked for a hose so we could flush the system ourselves which saved us a 1/2 hr labor fees. When we paid the bill we were shocked at how low it was, we got SAME DAY SERVICE for no extra fee. This company saw our problem as their problem and got right to work. They are skilled, polite, efficient and fast. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are.
