"We have used J and J twice now. The first time was October 2023 to repair our water main pipe inside the house. They did a great job making sure the work was correct and stayed while the water company turned the water back on to ensure the drip was properly sealed and the issue was fully resolved.
The second time was today to replace our hot water heater and look at our sewage line. We wanted to be proactive and replace our 17+ year old water tank before it became an emergent situation. J and J was able to get us the exact one ( which is what we wanted).
They were able to ensure us our sewage line that had been leaking clean water ( thank God!) had no evidence of cracks and was just some ground water. They replaced all the cheap expanding foam (that the original contractor used when the house was built) and replace it with hydraulic cement. Not only does it look more appealing, but now it will actually have a water tight seal.
I can't say enough good things about the gentleman who did the work. The one did the job in October and today's work. They were both very polite, efficient, and cleaned up so well it was like they were never here.
