"We walked in to Backyard Birding two weeks ago with the intention of getting of some sort of bird feeder and with zero prior knowledge. Mark was so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and giving us some pro tips along the way. We ended up walking out of there with far more than a simple bird feeder and have become big fans of not only birding, but of this particular store.
