"I contacted AAA when I realize that I was locked out of my hybrid vehicle. I was working in Lancaster PA this day and in the midst of heavy rain, my fob no longer worked. It was raining pretty hard and I was at a work related community event. The communication with the staff person from around the clock towing was excellent. I was told to expect an hour wait but around the clock showed up within 15 minutes. I was greeted Warmly, treated Respectfully, and the service was quick and efficient. We found a way to get into the car and quickly realize that the fob was fine. The car battery was dead. Around the clock listened to this update and knew exactly what to do. It saved me a tow to a dealership, that may or may not have even been open. I was out of town by the way. Around the clock service person gave some good and supportive advice and I was on my way. This particular service person (I regret not taking the time to ask his name)… If this gentleman represents the experience customers would have of around the clock, I could not possibly recommend them more highly.
